Why Handoffs Kill Builds

Most builds do not fail in the code. They fail at the handoffs. The designer leaves before the developer has questions. The AI vendor never met the product. Nobody owns hosting until it goes down. Every seam is a place for the work to fall through.

The cost of a handoff

Each transfer loses context. The spec says one thing, the design another, the build a third. Weeks go to re-explaining decisions that were already made. The client becomes the messenger between vendors who do not talk to each other.

One team, whole stack

We do design, engineering, AI and infrastructure in-house. The person who scoped it is in the room when it ships. There is nobody to point at but us — which is the point.

You should manage a product, not a roster of vendors who blame each other.

What you get

  • One team and one invoice.
  • Reporting on shipped features, uptime and adoption — not story points.
  • A working build in your hands inside 30 days of kickoff.
  • Code, models and accounts that are yours from day one.

If your last build died in the handoffs, tell us about it. We will scope a way through.
